The Process

Contact our team via email or phone for an initial project brief. We will require images of the space, floor plans, and details about what you’re looking for. It is possible to arrange for a complimentary in-person consultation at our showroom if you have these materials available.
We will provide you with an estimate within 5-7 working days. This estimate includes the approximate project budget and a breakdown of the scope of work, including: required consultation hours (charged at $150/hour); the number of furniture pieces we will be sourcing and attached budget; a budget and general overview of necessary statement furnishings and decor; and any estimated third-party fees for furniture refurbishment.
On project confirmation, a stylist will visit your space for site measurements. All furniture and furnishings will be confirmed. If access to the property is limited, we may also meet at our showroom or online.
We begin work on project specifics, from shortlisting furniture to collating soft furnishing options. Any cosmetic spatial treatments, such as painting, wallpapering, reupholstery, and furniture refurbishment, are done before project installation. A makeover schedule detailing project milestones, key dates, and deliverables pertaining to moodboard, design brief, and a to-do list will also be provided.
On installation day, our teams will transport the necessary pieces to your home and organise the final touches. Sit back and let our stylists do the heavy lifting, then return to your newly transformed space — an inviting, beautiful place to call home.
